Privacy

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you bought, and any notes you add (for example your bike model and year).
• When you register interest or send an enquiry: your email, name if you give it, and your message.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of running the site.

Card and payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never sent to or stored by this site.

To fulfil and support your order, to answer your questions, to tell you when something you registered interest in exists, and to keep the site running securely. You won't be added to a newsletter unless you ask.

• Australia Post (delivery) — your name and address on the parcel.
• The hosting and database providers this site runs on (the database is hosted on Supabase; the site on its hosting provider).
• Email delivery provider, for order and enquiry emails.

Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Order records are kept for at least 7 years for tax and warranty reasons. Enquiries and interest registrations are kept until they're no longer useful or you ask for them to be deleted.
